Judge orders mass-murdering Ft. Hood jihadi Nidal Hasan forcibly shaved

(KCEN) — Judge Gross has ordered Hasan to be shaved.

Hasan now has the chance to appeal with the Army Court of Criminal Appeals.

The judge also said no more pretrial hearings will be held until the issue is resolved.

The government is arguing that he is using the beard to try to disguise himself so that he cannot be recognized in court.

The defense disagrees, saying Hasan has already made it clear he wants to plead guilty to the charges so there is no reason for him to disguise himself.

The prosecution is also saying that Hasan is using his beard in an attempt to affiliate himself with the Mujahideen, a group of Muslims who struggle in the path of God.

Taliban cut off the heads of 17 people

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton consider the Taliban as partners in peace. It matters not to them that the Taliban is not interested in anything but lopping off the heads of infidels or anyone who doesn’t toe their line.

ABC News – Insurgents attacked a large party in a Taliban-controlled area of southern Afghanistan and beheaded 17 people, officials said on Monday.

The head of the local government initially said the victims were civilians at a celebration late Sunday involving music and dancing in the Musa Qala district of Helmand province. The official, Neyamatullah Khan, said the Taliban killed the party-goers for flouting the extreme brand of Islam embraced by the militants.

However, a provincial government official said later that those killed were caught up in a fight between two Taliban commanders over two women, who were among the dead. Daoud Ahmadi, a spokesman for the provincial government, said shooting broke out during the fight. He said it was unclear whether the music and dancing triggered the violence and whether the dead were all civilians or possibly included some fighters.

Ahmadi said all of the bodies were decapitated but it was not clear if they had been shot first.

In other violence, two American soldiers were shot and killed by one of their Afghan colleagues in the east, military officials said. Afghan officials said the killings appeared to be accidental, however NATO would not comment on the question of whether the killings were intentional or accidental.

The Taliban has controlled large parts of the district of Musa Qala, an area encompassing more than 100 villages, since 2001. They enforce the same strict interpretation of Islamic law that was imposed on all of Afghanistan during Taliban rule of Afghanistan from 1996-2001.

U.S. Marines have battled the Taliban for years in Musa Qala, but the insurgent group still wields in significant power in the area as international forces across the country draw down and hand over control to Afghan forces. Helmand province, where Musa Qala is located, is one of the areas seeing the largest reduction in U.S. troops. The U.S. started reducing forces from a peak of nearly 103,000 last year, and plans to have 68,000 troops by October.

Many Afghans and international observers have expressed concerns that the Taliban will try to re-impose strict Islamic justice as international forces withdraw. Under the Taliban, all music and film was banned as un-Islamic, and women were barred from leaving their homes without a male family member as an escort.

Jerusalem Post – After Nasrallah threatens to kill tens of thousands of Israelis, Hezbollah trains for war inside Israel.

Over 10,000 Hezbollah fighters participated in the organization’s largest military exercise to date last week, which included defensive tactics and preparations to occupy the Upper Galilee, Lebanese newspaper Al-Joumhouria reported.

The report noted that the drill lasted three days and the majority of the soldiers that participated in the exercise belonged to special forces.

According to the “informed source,” Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah is said to have called for the organization to make the appropriate preparations to occupy northern Israel recently.

It is widely believed that any sort of military action that Israel takes against Iran would be followed by a response from the Lebanese Shi’ite paramilitary organization on its northern border. Last Friday, Nasrallah threatened to rain rockets onto Israel’s North as part of his public address on Al-Quds Day.

“Hitting these targets with a small number of rockets will turn … the lives of hundreds of thousands of Zionists to real hell, and we can talk about tens of thousands of dead,” said Nasrallah.

The speech followed a report that Hezbollah had received Scud missiles from Syria in April of this year. The missiles were reported to be old and unusable, but the Hezbollah sources confirmed they had a large arsenal of surface-to-surface missiles. Around the same time the IDF came very close to attacking a convoy carrying weapons from Syria to Lebanon, but at the last moment decided against it, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Currently embroiled in a civil war, Syria is an important supply line for Hezbollah, as it connects the Shi’ite Lebanese organization to the Shi’ite regime in Tehran. Hezbollah was reported to be providing military support for the Assad regime as it tries to suppress a rebellion that has already claimed over many thousands of lives. If the Assad regime falls, the Shiite crescent will fragment, and Hezbollah’s supply line from Iran will be geographically cut.

Gaza terrorists firing into Sinai, testing new, improved rockets

Israel should test some rockets into Gaza.

Israel Hayom – Palestinian terrorist groups have recently tested rockets by firing them into the Sinai Peninsula, according to Israeli officials. Officials say a large number of rockets were launched into unpopulated areas in Sinai to enhance rocket-launching capabilities.

The tests were said to have focused on improving the range and payloads of the rockets, and Bedouin residents of Sinai were said to have provided assistance for the tests using satellite navigation devices.

On July 16, Egyptian media outlets reported that Hamas’ military wing test-fired a rocket into Sinai from the neighboring Gaza Strip several weeks earlier. The rocket, according to the reports, was fired toward central Sinai from the Rafiah area in south Gaza, and was capable of reaching further distances than any other missile in Hamas’ rocket arsenal.

Hamas sources in Gaza called the test launch a success after the rocket landed dozens of kilometers from the Gaza border. The new-model rocket, according to the reports, was developed in Gaza based on knowledge from dismantled long-range missiles smuggled into Gaza from Libya.

In June, two Grad rockets believed to have been fired from Sinai were discovered near Ovda and Mitzpe Ramon in southern Israel, after penetrating more deeply into Israel than ever before.

The rockets hit unpopulated areas, causing no injuries or damage, but the targets appeared to indicate that Sinai-based terrorist organizations, perhaps operating in conjunction with Hamas, were expanding their range.

U.S. Officials: Al-Qaeda forces flooding into Syria

May all sides go on to complete and total victory.

Washington Examiner (h/t WZ)— Al Qaeda and other extremist groups have increased their presence in Syria in recent months to aid rebels trying to overthrow that country’s government and solidify their standing in the region, senior analysts and U.S. officials said.

The organizations’ ultimate goal is to create an Islamist state once Syrian President Bashar Assad is deposed, said Ed Husain, senior fellow for Middle Eastern studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.

Meanwhile, rebel commanders fighting to oust Assad said Thursday they moved out of the strategic district of Salah al-Din as fighting intensified in the northern city of Aleppo. Syrian military aircraft continued to pound rebel strongholds, though the anti-government forces continue to hold other parts of the city.

Al Qaeda forces are flowing into Syria from Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and from as far away as England, Husain said. Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri recently called on fighters to join with the Free Syrian Army in its effort to overthrow Assad, potentially raising the stakes for the U.S., which hasn’t done much beyond encouraging the rebels, a U.S. official said on the condition that he not be named. It doesn’t necessarily mean that Islamists will succeed, but “we’re at risk here of ignoring the rise of a jihadist regime … and, with or without Assad, al Qaeda will play an important role for months to come,” Husein added.

Israel uncovers Arab terrorist cell working with Hezbollah, foils massive plot to carry out a “mega-attack”

But..but according to the international community Hezbollah is harmless. The cell was holding many weapons, including powerful bombs and M-16 rifles.

Israel Hayom – Israel has foiled a massive plot to carry out a “mega-attack” or wave of several deadly terrorist attacks against Israeli targets, it was announced on Wednesday. The Israel Police’s Northern District’s Border Unit and the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) scored a significant intelligence success by uncovering an Israeli-Arab cell smuggling weapons and explosives from Lebanon into Israel.

Eleven suspects were indicted Wednesday in a Nazareth court on charges of aiding the enemy in a time of war, meeting with foreign agents, possession of weapons,conspiracy to commit a crime, attempted drug smuggling and attempted drug trafficking.

Following the lifting of a gag order on the case Wednesday, it was revealed that the cell, made up of three distinct groups and comprising 14 individuals smuggled in 24 ready-to-use C4 high-quality bombs with attached timers into the northern border town of Ghajar, which straddles the Israel-Lebanon border. In addition to the explosive devices, the suspected cell members were caught, following an extensive intelligence gathering operation, with an FN MAG general-purpose machine gun and an M16 rifle stolen from the Israel Defense Forces.

Of the 14 suspects, six are from Ghajar (one of the suspects is reportedly just 17 years old and another is related to the village’s elder), six are from Nazareth and one from Ramle in the center of the country.

From Ghajar, the explosives were transferred to Kafr Kana and Nazareth. The operation was dubbed “Time Bomb” as the security services were racing against time to make sure the explosives weren’t scattered across the country. The cells were operated by the Hezbollah: One cell operated in Lebanon and transferred the explosives to the cell based in Ghajar. The Ghajar cell then worked with the Nazareth-based cell. According to police, some communication between the cells was done through cellphone SIM cards procured in Jordan.

“This is one of the most severe and dangerous security plots we’ve had here. The intelligence provided by the police’s northern border unit was of extremely high quality,” a district police officer told Israel Radio on Wednesday.

Police said that Hezbollah used an existing drug smuggling network of Israeli Arabs to bring 24 ready-to-use bombs from Lebanon into Israel. Some of the smugglers were not aware that they were transporting explosives, whilst others did know, police added.

According to the Northern District’s Spokesperson’s Office, “Over the past year, Hezbollah has been greatly motivated to carry out terrorist attacks against Israelis and Jews. Hezbollah has worked to gather intelligence information to carry out a significant terrorist attack. In order to achieve their set goal of carrying out a high-profile, effective attack inside Israel, Hezbollah smuggled in large bombs, including operating systems and timers.”

In a press conference, a Shin Bet official said that the agency decided to swoop in on the cell after the bombs were moved from the northern border town of Ghajar to Nazareth. It remains unclear who the eventual recipients of the explosives are, and there is speculation from security experts that since the bombs did not reach their intended handlers, there is a strong possibility that a Hezbollah sleeper cell is still active in Israel. The Shin Bet told reporters that it decided to act to take 20 kilograms of C4 explosives off the streets. Agency officials said that Hezbollah uses tactics of crime organizations, making use of drug smuggling networks. This is just the tip of the iceberg of Hezbollah terror activity, the official said. Since Hezbollah has been deterred from heating up the Lebanese border with Israel, it is trying to spread terror abroad, such as the July attack against Israeli tourists in Bulgaria, and inside Israel, the official said. Nigeria: Islamists storm church, massacre at least 16

IT was like a scene from a war film. A crowd of worshippers in a church — perhaps praying, their eyes shut — and suddenly the eerie sounds of guns. Pandemonium. Blood, tears and anguish.

But it was no movie. All was real last night in Okene, Kogi State where unknown gunmen stormed a church and opened fire on worshippers, killing no fewer than 16.

Killed were worshippers of Deeper Life Bible Church opposite the Federal College of Education (FCE). Many were injured.

“We are shocked. It is serious,” a Pastor told The Nation last night.

The gunmen, who were said to be bearing sophisticated weapons, stormed the church during the Bible Study, a Monday programme, at about 7p.m., shooting indiscriminately.

The gunmen reportedly took the worshippers by surprise. They blocked all entrances into the church, preventing people from escaping as they fired indiscriminately at the worshippers.

A source said 15 worshippers died on the spot; one died in the hospital.

IDF foils assault on southern border after terrorists kill 16 Egyptian soldiers

Times of Israel – A major effort by Gaza-based Palestinian terrorists to infiltrate into Israel was thwarted on the Israel-Egypt-Gaza border on Sunday night.

The gunmen killed at least 16 Egyptian soldiers and commandeered two Egyptian armored vehicles before attempting to cross into Israel; they were stopped by the army and the air force, and several terrorists were killed. The death toll was earlier reported as 15.

The army and the police continued searching the area overnight, and additional troops were deployed, in case any of the terrorists were still on the loose inside Israel.

No Israelis were reported injured in the attack. Israeli residents in the area were told to stay inside their homes late into the night.

The Israeli security forces had advance intelligence on plans for an attack, the IDF Spokesman Yoav Mordechai said. Maj.-Gen. Tal Russo, the O/C Southern command, was at the scene.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the security forces for thwarting the attack, and said in a statement that Israel would track down “anyone who tries to harm us.”

Defense Minister Ehud Barak said the IDF and Shin Bet security service had thwarted what could have been a grave attack, and praised their alertness and determined action.

Barak urged Egypt to take steps to restore security to the Sinai.

In Pakistan, where Islamic clerics routinely promote Antisemitism, leading Pakistani politician and prominent religious leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman recently accused Israel of deploying Israeli soldiers in support of Indian security forces in Kashmir.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman is the head of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) party. His remark on Kashmir came in an official statement marking the Kashmir Martyrs’ Day – July 13, 2012. Rehman is the head of Pakistan’s Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir Affairs.

In another Antisemitic video that appeared on YouTube in June 2012, Pakistani cleric Pirzada Muhammad Raza Saqib Mustafai argued that world peace will be established only when all the Jews are wiped out from the earth.

In the video entitled “Yahodi Islam Kay Aur Aman Kay Asal Dushman Hain” (Jews Are the Real Enemy of Islam and Peace), Muhammad Raza Saqib Mustafai states: “And all the troubles that exist around the world are because of the Jews. When the Jews are wiped out, then the world would be purified and the sun of peace would begin to rise on the entire world.” His speech is part of the Fikr-e-Iman (Concern for Faith) series of lectures.

Mustafai is a leading cleric belonging to the Barelvi School of Sunni Islam and is also the founder of Idarat-ul-Mustafa Pakistan, which is described as a spiritual movement for the enforcement of Islamic shari’a in the country. Ahmadinejad calls again for the annihilation of Israel

Obama and Panetta say what we need is another decade of meaningless, futile sanctions. Any rational person would say, what we need is a bunker buster up Ahmadinejad’s ass.

Ahmadinejad said that a “horrible Zionist current” had been managing world affairs for “about 400 years … Anyone who loves freedom and justice must strive for the annihilation of the Zionist regime in order to pave the way for world justice and freedom.”

The guys is certifiable, but those who continue to ignore him – the entire leadership of the free world – is more pathetic than this whack-job.

Jerusalem Post – In a speech published on his website Thursday, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the ultimate goal of world forces must be the annihilation of Israel.

Speaking to ambassadors from Islamic countries ahead of ‘Qods Day’ (‘Jerusalem Day’), an annual Iranian anti-Zionist event established in 1979 by Ayatollah Khomeini and which falls this year on August 17, Ahmadinejad said that a “horrible Zionist current” had been managing world affairs for “about 400 years.”

Repeating traditional antisemitic slurs, the Iranian president accused “Zionists” of controlling the world’s media and financial systems.

It was Zionists, he said, who were “behind the scene of the world’s main powers, media, monetary and banking centers.”

“They are the decision makers, to the extent that the presidential election hopefuls [of the USA] must go and kiss the feet of the Zionists to ensure their election victory,” he added.

Ahmadinejad added that “liberating Palestine” would solve all the world’s problems, although he did not elaborate on exactly how that might work.

“Qods Day is not merely a strategic solution for the Palestinian problem, as it is to be viewed as a key for solving the world problems,” he said.

He added: “Anyone who loves freedom and justice must strive for the annihilation of the Zionist regime in order to pave the way for world justice and freedom.” 

The Iranian president said that Israel reinforced “the dominance of arrogant powers in the region and across the globe” and that Arab countries in particular – he cited Bahrain, Yemen, Libya, Syria and Turkey – were affected by Israel’s “plots.”

Ahmadinejad, who has called the Holocaust a myth, has previously called for Israel’s annihilation, in a 2005 speech in which he used a Persian phrase that translates literally as “wiped off the page of time.”

(AFP) – Members of the rebel Free Syrian Army executed regime loyalists in the embattled northern city of Aleppo on Tuesday, according to amateur video posted on YouTube by activists.

The video showed members of the Al-Berri tribe being led into a square filled with armed men, chanting: “The FSA forever!”

The face of one of the captives was covered in blood, and he had been stripped almost naked, as rebels gathered around him and stood him against a wall.

Other captives were lined up next to him, as rebels chanted: “God is greatest.”

They opened a torrent of fire on their captives, identified as members of a tribe that entered the fighting on Tuesday in Aleppo on the side of the regime.

Obama’s beloved PA thanks IOC for refusing to recognize the Munich victims that they themselves massacred

It was Black September, a Palestinian terrorist group who committed the massacre, for crying out loud! Black September was made up of mostly Fatah, Mahmoud Abbas’s party. Abbas funded the operation!

(JPost) — The Palestinian Authority has thanked the International Olympic Committee [IOC] for refusing to allow a minute’s silence at the opening ceremony in London to mark the 40th anniversary of the murder of 11 Israeli athletes in the Munich Games.

Jibril Rajoub, head of the Palestinian Football Union, sent a letter to IOC Chairman Jaques Rogge thanking him for his position, the PA’s official news agency, Wafa, reported Wednesday.

In his letter, Rajoub, a former PA security commander, wrote: “Sports is a bridge for love, connection and relaying peace between peoples. It should not be a factor for separation and spreading racism between peoples.”

Wafa said that Rajoub sent the letter to the IOC chairman on Tuesday.

A senior PA official in Ramallah confirmed that Rajoub had sent the letter and said that the Palestinians were opposed to “Israel’s attempts to exploit the Olympic games for propaganda purposes.”

A senior Israeli official responded to the Palestinian letter by saying that “if the leadership of the PA is not willing to disassociate itself from its terrorist past, and is unwilling to see the Munich massacre as a brutal act of terrorism, then in Israeli eyes there will be big questions regarding their true commitment to peace and reconciliation.”

Ahmadinejad gloats over Bulgaria bombing, hints at responsibility

Times of Israel – Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad gloated publicly on Thursday over the deaths of Israelis in a terror bombing in Bulgaria, and hinted that Iran was responsible for the attack.

Speaking hours after Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had publicly blamed the bombing Wednesday at Bulgaria’s Burgas airport on “Hezbollah, directed by Iran,” Ahmadinejad described the attack as “a response” to Israeli “blows against Iran.”

“The bitter enemies of the Iranian people and the Islamic Revolution have recruited most of their forces in order to harm us,” he said in a speech reported by Israel’s Channel 2 TV. “They have indeed succeeded in inflicting blows upon us more than once, but have been rewarded with a far stronger response.”

He added: “The enemy believes it can achieve its aims in a long, persistent struggle against the Iranian people, but in the end it will not. We are working to ensure that.

Ahmadinejad’s speech was interpreted in Israel as asserting that the Burgas bombing was a revenge attack for the killing of Iranian nuclear scientists, for which Iran has repeatedly blamed Israel.

7 dead, 32 injured after attack on Israeli tour bus at Bulgaria airport – 18th anniversary of Iranian-led bombing of Argentina Jewish center

The attack occured on the 18th anniversary of the attack on a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires.

Jerusalem Post – Seven people were killed and 32 injured when a bomb exploded on an Israeli tourist bus at the airport of the Bulgarian city of Burgas on Wednesday, the 18th anniversary of the Iran-sponsored attack on the AMIA Jewish center in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Six of the victims died on the spot, and the seventh in the hospital following the attack, Bulgarian officials confirmed. Two of the victims were said to be Bulgarian — the bus driver and tour guide.

The bus was carrying 42 Israeli tourists who landed in Bulgaria at a 4:45 p.m for a vacation in Sunny Beach. Two adjacent buses were also damaged in the blast.

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman spoke with his Bulgarian counterpart Nikolay Mladenov in relation to the explosion.

Mladenov was heading to the site of the blast and said that he would bring Liberman up to date when he arrives.

Liberman called for an immediate meeting at the Foreign Ministry’s situation room to discuss the issue with the relevant bodies.

The Israeli embassy in Bulgaria was also investigating the explosion.

ZAKA and MDA rescue services in Israel were preparing delegations to fly to Bulgaria.

In January, a suspicious package found on a bus carrying Israeli tourists from Turkey to Bulgaria led Israel to request boosted security for its citizens traveling in the country, according to reports in the Bulgarian press.

The Sofia News Agency Novinite quoted Dan Shenar, head of security at the Israeli Transportation Ministry, confirmed he had requested the increased security at the time.

Israel has been concerned Hezbollah would try to attack Israelis overseas in in connection with the fourth anniversary of the assassination of Hezbollah military commander Imad Mughniyeh, attributed to the Mossad.

Israel had asked Bulgaria, for example, to increase its security over Israeli tour groups in the capital city of Sofia. According to Sofia News Agency, a Hezbollah plot was earlier uncovered by local security agencies, which warned Israel.

Sectarian gunmen ambushed a bus on Tuesday, killing 18 Shia Muslims in a usually peaceful region of northern Pakistan that neighbours the former Taliban stronghold of Swat, officials said.

The bus was stopped, before passengers were ordered off and shot in the mountainous district of Kohistan as it travelled from Rawalpindi to the northern city of Gilgit.

“Armed men hiding on both sides of the road attacked the bus,” local police chief Mohammad Ilyas said.

“Eighteen people have died and eight wounded,” he added. The ambush happened near the town of Harban, 130 miles (208 kilometres) north of the capital Islamabad.

Survivors said seven or eight gunmen stopped the bus, forced the passengers to get off and then opened fire, regional administration chief Khalid Omarzai told AFP by telephone, confirming the casualty numbers.

“It appears to be a sectarian attack,” local MP Abdul Sattar Khan said.

“Its a remote area. We are getting reports that the gunmen forced people to get off the bus. They checked their papers and shot them dead,” he told AFP.

The victims were Shia Muslims.

Hamas terrorist Ibrahim Hamed gets 54 life sentences for murder of 46 Israelis in bombing attacks

Times of Israel – A military court on Sunday sentenced convicted Hamas terrorist Ibrahim Hamed to 54 life sentences for his complicity in the murder of 46 Israelis in bombing attacks.

Last month, Hamed, the former commander of Hamas’s military wing in the West Bank during the second intifada, was convicted for his role in some of the most murderous bombings of the second intifada, among them the bombing at Jerusalem’s Café Moment in March 2002.

After the conviction was announced, Hamed’s lawyer, Saleh Hamid, said his client — who refused to testify during the trial — did not acknowledge the Israeli court’s authority over him.

Other suicide bombings planned by Hamed include the December 2001 attack on Zion Square in Jerusalem; the May 2002 attack on the Sheffield club in Rishon Lezion; the bombing at the Frank Sinatra cafeteria at the Hebrew University in June 2002; and the attack at Cafe Hillel in September 2003 in Jerusalem.

Hamed, 47, a native of the Palestinian town of Silwad near Ramallah, became a Hamas functionary in the late 1980s. In 2001 he was released from a Palestinian Authority prison and began planning the lethal series of suicide attacks. He was arrested in 2006 by Israeli authorities following a protracted manhunt. In 2003 Israel demolished his home and deported his wife and children to Jordan.

The 54 life terms — a sentence requested by the prosecution — related to the 46 murders in which he was implicated, and eight counts of attempted homicide.

50 rockets fired into Israel in past 24 hours, IAF strikes 7 terrorist sites in Gaza

The rocket fire continues.

IAF aircraft attacked six terror sites in the Gaza Strip overnight, Wednesday (June 20). An additional strike was carried out this early this morning, targeting a terror sites in the northern Gaza Strip. Hits were confirmed and all aircraft returned safely to their airbases.

The sites were targeted in response to ongoing rocket fire from the Gaza Strip over the past few days, targeting civilian communities in southern Israel.

Most schools in the region surrounding the Gaza Strip will be closed, and civilians are advised to stay indoors and in protected areas.

 

Arutz Sheva – IAF aircraft struck a terror target in northern Gaza early Wednesday morning, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit announced in a statement.

The statement said direct hits were identified and all aircraft returned safely to their bases.

Overnight Tuesday, IAF aircraft struck six terror targets throughout Gaza.

The air strikes came in response to the barrage of rockets that were fired toward southern Israel by terrorists in Hamas-controlled Gaza. 45 terrorist rockets slammed into southern Israel between midnight on Tuesday and 3:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

At least ten additional rockets were fired by terrorists in the overnight hours Tuesday. In one case, an exploding rocket caused damage to a building. There were no physical injuries.

Most of the rockets were of the short range Qassam type but three Grad missiles were fired at Netivot. In one attack on Tuesday evening, four Border Police officers were hurt, one of them seriously.

Wednesday morning’s IAF strike marks the fifth such air strike in the last 24 hours. At least six terrorists were killed in previous strikes. An IAF strike Tuesday afternoon severely injured a man who was on a motorcycle, Gaza sources said.

Israel nails 3 terrorists on Egyptian border after Israeli killed

Ever since Obama and Clinton lauded the Egyptian springtime for Hitler, the Egyptian border with Israel has been the site of numerous terrorist attacks.

Arutz Sheva – One Israeli was killed on Monday morning in a gunfight between terrorists and IDF troops near Israel’s border with Egypt.

Reports indicate that a group of terrorists opened fire and set off an explosive at Defense Ministry contract workers who were working along the border fence with Egypt, near Nitzana. One of the workers was wounded and died shortly thereafter of his wounds. Voice of Israel radio said his name is Sa’ed Fachachte.

IDF troops who were called to the scene began exchanging gunfire with the terrorists, killing at least two.

Channel 2 News reported that the IDF has called in reinforcements to the area, fearing that more terrorists may be hiding nearby and planning to carry out another attack. It is believed that the terrorists had tried to infiltrate into Israel.

Surrounding towns have been put on alert and residents were ordered to stay inside their homes.

On Sunday night, IAF aircraft struck a weapons manufacturing site in southern Gaza and a center of terrorist in central Gaza.

According to a statement by the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, direct hits were identified at the targets. All Israeli aircraft returned safely to their bases.

The statement said that the attack came in response to high trajectory fire into Israeli territory.

Over the Sabbath, remains of two Grad rockets were found in southern Israel. One may have been fired from Jordan.

On Sunday afternoon, Arab terrorists fired three mortar shells at IDF troops in the Eshkol region. The soldiers were on patrol near the Gaza border fence.

Earlier this month, Sgt. Netanel Moshiashvili, 21, was shot and killed while his patrol unit clashed with a terrorist who infiltrated through the Gaza border.

Chicago to host international Jihadist conference to discuss world domination and global Islamic caliphate

Could you imagine such a thing even being considered ten years ago? There may be a lot of dead terrorists around the world, but in no way can the West claim that they are winning. Islam is gaining everywhere, and doing so with the assistance of the Left.

Times of Israel – An international organization that advocates jihad to re-establish a global Islamic caliphate will hold a conference Sunday in the Chicago area.

The announcement of the event by Hizb Al-Tahrir, a branch of Hizb Al-Tahrir Al-Islami, attracted the attention of the American media and raised concerns about the group’s ideological campaign in the US, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.

The conference, entitled “Revolution: Liberation by Revelation — Muslims Marching Toward Victory,” is expected to focus heavily on recent events in Syria, however participants will also discuss what forms of government are desirable for Muslims: Islamic state, secular state, or democracy.

Hizb Al-Tahrir’s international network is well organized, reports the media watchdog, and has a strong presence in non-Islamic countries such as the UK, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Ukraine, Australia, and the US.

According to Hizb Al-Tahrir America, only Islamic law will protect Muslims, even in countries where non-Muslims are in the majority.

The organization also holds the view that a Muslim country becomes Dar al-Kufr, or a Land of Infidels, by joining the United Nations.

In line with its advocacy of radical political change for the establishment of an Islamic caliphate, Hizb Al-Tahrir’s branch in Bangladesh this year urged Bangladeshi military officers to overthrow the country’s secular government, led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and accused her of “collaboration in the War against Islam by America,” reported MEMRI.

Hizb Al-Tahrir’s Pakistani branch issued an open letter in February of 2011 urging the Pakistan Army to establish an Islamic caliphate in the country.

According to MEMRI, Hizb Al-Tahrir America hopes that the downfall of autocratic regimes in Arab countries will usher in an era of Islamic government.

A location for the conference has yet to be announced, after organizers decided to move the event from its originally planned venue. A message on Hizb Al-Tahrir America’s website said the new location would be announced “closer to the date of the conference and will be in the Chicagoland area.” The website also noted that the event would be broadcast live, presumably as a webcast.

Nigeria: Boko Haram strikes at Christians again, blows up 15, 40 injured

Islam’s relentless war on “infidels” continues unabated. The Obama Administration, recall, insists there is nothing to see in Nigeria, that Islam has nothing to do with thousands of dead Christians.

(Telegraph) — At least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded when a suicide car bomber drove into a Nigerian church compound and detonated his explosives as worshippers left an early morning service.

The bomber targeted the Living Faith church, in a neighbourhood near the airport in Bauchi, the capital of northern Bauchi state. The timed blast caught many people outside the church without any cover to protect themselves from the explosion, causing heavy casualties, witnesses said.

At least eight people were killed in the blast, as well as the bomber, Bauchi state police commissioner Mohammed Ladan said. He said security personnel stationed near the churches stopped the car from getting any closer to worshippers than it did.

More than 40 people suffered injuries in the blast, the Nigerian Red Cross said.

The powerful blast from the car destroyed part of the Harvest Field Church, sending walls of the building crashing down on worshippers still inside. Others suffered burns in the blast.

The death toll from the blast could rise. Police and soldiers surrounded the church immediately after the explosion, stopping emergency workers from going inside to collect the corpses of those killed. Witnesses who left the church after the blast said they saw as many as 10 dead.

Azerbaijan: Massive terrorist attack on Eurovision thwarted, 40 arrested

Azerbaijan foiled an attempt to stage terrorist attacks while the country was hosting the Eurovision Song Contest last week. Dozens of suspected plotters were arrested.

Officials said they had discovered 13 assault rifles, a machine gun, 12 handguns, three rifles, 3,400 rounds of bullets, 62 hand grenades, and several kilograms of explosives.

Security services in Azerbaijan say they arrested 40 suspects and seized weapons as they thwarted a series of planned terror attacks against the Eurovision Song Contest.

Azerbaijan has in recent months reported being the target of terrorist activities planned by groups with ties to al-Qaeda and Iran, and this appears to be most extravagant alleged plot revealed to date.

An oil-rich nation of 9million people wedged between Russia and Iran, Azerbaijan has nurtured close relations with the US and played an active role in Western-led counter-terrorist programmes.

That policy has placed a strain on its ties with Iran, which hosts a sizeable ethnic Azeri community.

Today’s statement said other plots included plans for an assassination attempt on President Ilham Aliyev in April, as well as attacks on religious pilgrimage sites and police stations.

The statement provided no details on when the arrests took place.

‘The armed group set itself the aim of mounting terrorist attacks in several regions of Azerbaijan, creating a mood of powerlessness and lawlessness, sowing panic, ethnic and religious enmity, disrupting the public peace and damaging Azerbaijan’s international image,’ the statement said.

The Eurovision attack would have centred on the Baku Crystal Hall, where the singing competition took place on Saturday.

At least one suspected plotter, 37-year-old Azerbaijani citizen Vugar Padarov, and a security agent were killed during raids to shut down the terrorist group, the statement said.

Padarov was identified in an April security statement as the leader of a group that had received religious training in Syria. Some of its members had weapons training with the Jihad Islami group in Pakistan and took part in fighting Nato-led troops in Afghanistan, the National Security Ministry said.

In March, the ministry announced the arrests of 22 Azerbaijani citizens it said had been hired by Iran to stage terror attacks against the US and Israeli embassies as well as against western-linked groups and companies.

It said they had been trained in Iran by the Revolutionary Guard.

Earlier this year, it announced the arrest of several other suspected terrorists allegedly working for Iran’s secret services.
