Remember how Liberals insisted that it was Republican incivility and hate speech that drove Jared Lee Loughner to his murderous rampage?

Via Gateway Pundit: Vice President Joe Biden said the tea party was acting like terrorists. Then, Chris Matthews one upped the Vice President, calling the tea partiers baby-killing terrorists. Then later today Al Sharpton called the tea party a “monster” that will “destroy you.”

The Politico – Vice President Joe Biden joined House Democrats in lashing tea party Republicans Monday, accusing them of having “acted like terrorists” in the fight over raising the nation’s debt limit.

Biden was agreeing with a line of argument made by Rep. Mike Doyle (D-Pa.) at a two-hour, closed-door Democratic Caucus meeting.

“We have negotiated with terrorists,” an angry Doyle said, according to sources in the room. “This small group of terrorists have made it impossible to spend any money.”

Biden, driven by his Democratic allies’ misgivings about the debt-limit deal, responded: “They have acted like terrorists,” according to several sources in the room.

Biden’s office declined to comment about what the vice president said inside the closed-door session.

‘Flash Mob’ hits Philly Sears, steals thousands in merchandise

All these ‘flash mobs’ around the country have something in common, but, gee-whiz, I just can’t put my finger on it.

A group of people enter the Sears on 69th Street in Upper Darby on Thursday afternoon. Police say about 40 members of flash mob from Philadelphia stole thousands of dollars of merchandise in minutes.

The Delco Times (h/t Gateway Pundit) - A mob of about 40 people stormed into the Sears department store on 69th Street Thursday, and in a flash stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, officials said.

Police were able to round up 15 juveniles and one adult, 19, all from West Philadelphia.

“They came in on the El train and hit Sears,” police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said. “They stole sneakers, socks, watches, whatever they could get their hands on, and left.

“Imagine the guts of this gang of young hoodlums. One was 11 years old. The others arrested ranged from 12 to 16 years old. They planned this out earlier in the day on a social networking site. It was pre-planned. They got on the El, got off at 69th Street Terminal and walked up the hill to Sears.”

Kyree Marsh, 19, of the 5500 block of Spruce Street, Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with retail theft, conspiracy to retail theft and corruption of minors.

Police recovered some of the stolen sneakers and socks that were in the backpack of one of the individuals arrested and in the pockets of others taken into custody.

According to the affidavit, the Sears loss-prevention officer saw the mob enter the store at 7:09 p.m. on Thursday.

The group then began taking merchandise off the shelves.

“He watched the group enter the store together from the 69th Street entrance,” Chitwood said. “It was fast. They ran out, leaving empty shoeboxes and store tags behind. Fortunately, no customers or store employees got hurt.

Meanwhile: Another flash mob strikes in Obama’s home town of Chicago. Chicago, in fact, is a leading flash mob town. Mob. Chicago. No surprise there.

CHICAGO (CBS) — The teenage robbery mobs are at it again on North Michigan Avenue.

Some 50 young people barged into a Walgreens at Michigan and Chicago on the Magnificent Mile on Tuesday afternoon. They took bottled drinks and sandwiches off the shelves, then ran off, CBS 2′s Suzanne Le Mignot reports.

A police report says authorities were able to nab three of the thieves.

Walgreens says the store is working with police, helping investigators with video from the store security camera.

The Mag Mile earlier this year was hit by similar mobs of young thieves. Attacks on commuters and bicyclists have become violent, and police have stepped up patrols.

If any prominent celebrity affiliated with the Right were to say the sort of things about a Liberal woman that the Left spews daily about Sarah Palin, that person would be called to resign, be fired, or worse.

But if you are a conservative woman, anything goes. You can spread vicious lies and rumors about her, say the most despicable things about her, and even threaten her or her children physically, and not one Liberal woman in America will say ‘boo’ about it.

I’d love for Maher to call Sarah Palin this in front of Todd Palin’s face and find out from him just how funny he thinks Maher is. What a jerk.

Demobocrats in Madison threaten, behave like animals after passing of amended bill

Wisconsin Republicans passed an amended budget-repair bill by an 18–1 vote in the state senate. Immediately afterwards Democrats went insane and mobbed the capital building, threatened the lives of elected officials, and forced Republicans to flee the city in fear of their lives.

This is Liberalism unmasked. The Obama state-run media won’t reveal a fraction of what is going on, but the truth will win out in the end.

Should any harm come to any person in Madison at the hands of these Leftist thugs, Michael Moore, who publicly called for war, should be held responsible, as should the unions, and Barack Obama who is supporting all these Leftists behind the scene.

The Republicans tried to get out of the building after the vote, but because the radicals were rushing the chamber they were escorted by security through a tunnel system to another building. But, a Democrat tipped off the radicals, and so the Republicans were attacked as they tried to drive away.

Liberal twit-ter civility disobedience

The Leftist hate machine on display in Madison should put to rest forever the fallacious notion that the Left is the party of peace and moderation, but you know it won’t.

The media continues to ignore all the photos, video, and other evidence that the mad marchers of Madison are all about socialism, class warfare, and Leftist ideology. But, heck, it’s “for the children“.

Here are just a few of the tweets flying across the internet by bird-brained Obama supporters. If the right were issuing such threats, the state-run media would be melting your flat panel with accusations of incivility.

Egypt: CBS News’ Lara Logan beaten, sexually assaulted by Democariah mob

CBS News’ Lara Logan was sexually assaulted and brutally beaten on Friday during the celebration of Mubarak’s ouster in Cairo.

This is horrible and despicable, yet nothing that doesn’t occur daily around the Muslim world. What happened to Ms. Logan, a mother of two, will be regular fare in the “new” Egypt. Not to reporters, but hundreds, maybe thousands, of faceless, nameless women without a microphone or a major corporation to comfort them.

(CBSNews) In the crush of the mob, she was separated from her crew. She was surrounded and suffered a brutal and sustained sexual assault and beating before being saved by a group of women and an estimated 20 Egyptian soldiers. She reconnected with the CBS team, returned to her hotel and returned to the United States on the first flight the next morning. She is currently in the hospital recovering.

This is a story worth investigating. Who were the women who “saved” her? Shouldn’t they be held up as heroes for the budding new democracy that promises ‘equal rights’ and all the other things we are told Egyptians are clamoring for?

Count me dubious. I don’t think they did anything but yell. Were they Muslim? Maybe they were Christian. Why shouldn’t we know? Far more realistically, it was indeed only because the 20 Mubarak soldiers interrupted the Arabs’ fun that her life was saved.

There will be no further comment from CBS News and correspondent Logan and her family respectfully request privacy at this time.

Understandable, considering the scope of the tragedy, but is it right?

Reporters believe everyone’s life is other people’s business. This is a major story, Lohan is a major public figure, a famed journalist, and the truth of the situation is not being made public. That seems somewhat hypocritical.

Worse, it only goes to further hide the truth behind the Democariah movement, the attitude of Arab Muslim men towards women, and towards the United States.

If Lara Logan is the intrepid reporter that we are told she is, and I do think she is a brave woman, then she should want to help the millions of other battered women throughout the Muslim world who regularly face the kind of attack she did.

Just sayin’…

But don’t look for anyone in the state-run media to look further into this. They are so invested in how wonderful Democariah is for Egypt and the Arab world, that they will never want to besmirch the narrative they have worked so hard to foment.

After all, as Legalinsurrection points out, just two days ago Roger Cohen writing in The New York Times delivered this bowl of slobber and slop:

Far from ‘retiring’ the phrase, Roger, how about some honest investigative reporting into why it came to be used in the first place. Just what is it about the “the Arab Street” that sends shudders down people’s spine? Lara Lohan got a taste of the real Arab Street, ask her about it.

And then we come to this contemptible shmuck, Nir Rosen. Rosen is a huge anti-American, anti-Israel Leftist apparatchik who writes for the Washington Post and  many other state-run media outlets. He openly mocked Lohan’s nightmare via Twitter, and intimated that the woman deserved what she got because she was a “war monger”.

(h/t Daily Caller) The initial tweet by Rosen stated, “Lara Logan had to outdo Anderson. Where was her buddy McCrystal.” From this tweet he went further, writing that he would have been amused if Anderson Cooper had also been sexually assaulted.

“Yes yes its wrong what happened to her. Of course. I don’t support that. But, it would have been funny if it happened to Anderson too,” wrote Rosen.

The two comments gave way to more. Rosen called Logan a “war monger” and expressed doubt that she was actually assaulted.

“Jesus Christ, at a moment when she is going to become a martyr and glorified we should at least remember her role as a major war monger” wrote Rosen.

“Look, she was probably groped like thousands of other women, which is still wrong, but if it was worse than [sic] I’m sorry.”

Because Rosen is a man of the Left, don’t expect any Lefties to attack him for his insensitivity and civility disobedience. Few will even report it. If, however, a center-right journalist had made similar comments, he’d be excoriated by the Liberal media and forced out of employment.

Ms. Lohan was not the first reporter to be attacked, though by the sounds of the others, hers was by far the worst. There were undoubtedly far more attacks and threats made on reporters in Egypt and other Arab countries during all these protests, but we will never hear of them. Because, remember, for the state-run media, it is Tea Party people who are the only protestors that anyone must fear.

A series of man on the street interviews with typical ‘progressives’ at one of their ”Uncloaking the Kochs” rally in Palm Springs. Demonstrators called for Clarence Thomas to be “sent back to the fields”, “torture”, “hanged”, and “strung up”. They had more of that sort of talk for other conservatives and the Tea Party, too.

The rally was sponsored by left-wing groups such as Greenpeace and Code Pink. Self-described communist, and ex-Obama appointee, Van Jones, was also there.

Less than a week after Civility-in-Chief Obama and his lackeys in the mainstream media lectured Americans on how they need to be a class act, Liberals have been all over the place calling Republicans racists and stupid and Nazis.

Democrat dwarf Congressman Cohen lifted himself into the ignominious and already crowded pantheon of Liberal morons by comparing Republicans with Nazis on the floor of the House. Then, shortly after, has-been yenta comedian, Joan Rivers, called Sarah Palin a Nazi, and her daughter, Bristol, “stupid”.

Cohen refused to apologize, and Rivers isn’t likely to, either. Liberals never apologize, partly because they know they can always find some Republican to apologize for them.

The only thing more insatiable than Joan Rivers-of-Botox’s bizarre appetite for cosmetic surgery, is her hate-on for Sarah Palin. Rivers, who will be remembered by posterity only for her freakish obsession with her own looks, thinks that the natural, down-to-earth Sarah Palin is dangerously stupid.

Everyone on the Left thinks this, and because everyone on the Left has bought into the demonstrable lie, far too many on the right feel that they, too, must go along with the slanderous palaver. In fact, it is only because so many Republican pundits, commentators, and politicians are knee-jerk cowards that the Left has been so successful with their Alinsky tactics.

Cohen’s and River’s comments have gone mostly overlooked by the state-run media because they don’t fit the narrative that Democrats are trying so desperately to establish in the minds of Americans. A narrative that depicts conservatives, the Tea Party, or anyone who dares to question Liberalism’s agenda and failures as hate-filled, crazed, and dangerous.

It is a narrative that is succeeding beyond their wildest dreams, thanks mostly to squeamish, gutless, so-called conservatives on the right who naively believe that by sacrificing people like Sarah Palin to the liberal wolves, they will somehow appease the left’s voracious appetite for destroying the lives and careers of any Republican who dares to stand up to them.

That an old hag like Joan Rivers is jealous of Sarah Palin is obvious. Palin is twice the woman, both in beauty and brains, that Rivers or any of the other Liberal harpies will ever be, no matter how much surgery they undergo.

But River’s outburst, like all those of the left, is about more than just jealousy or envy. Sarah Palin is effective, and she is the only Republican politician who dares to stand up to them. There is not one other Republican who is mentioned as a potential Presidential candidate that has the guts of Sarah Palin, and the left fears that if she is not destroyed, her honesty in a panel of primary contenders will force the other Republicans to speak the truth, too, if they are to stand a chance.

More ‘Civility Disobedience’ belching forth from the Left. This time it comes from Steve Cohen (D-TN), a truly vile, contemptible little Liberal hack of a man.

Cohen, in a shameless and perverse display of willful ignorance and Liberal hypocrisy, likened Republicans’ arguments for the repeal of Obamacare to the doings of Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels and the horrors of the Holocaust.

This comes immediately after all the Democrat caviling about inappropriate speech and incivility. These Liberals know no shame, and as a fellow Jew I find his remarks both disgusting and disgraceful.

According to ABC, “Cohen made his comments late last night, but they have attracted no attention because his speech was made to a virtually empty House chamber with no reporters around to watch.”

That’s no excuse, and every Jew in congress should come down on him hard and fast like an eight-foot salami. But we know the Democrat Jews are far too cowardly to do that, so it is up to Eric Cantor, but he won’t mention it either. What an embarrassment these politicians are to their own people.

AP reports that 6 more states have joined the Florida lawsuit for the repeal of Obamacare. This brings the total number of states that want to overturn the America-crippling monstrosity to 26 (Heritage says 27.).

Will the fact that half the states in the union favor dumping Obamacare give credibility to their cause with the mainstream media? Does Nancy Pelosi sleep in a Rush Limbaugh T-shirt?

We can count on Republicans fearing the new Obama state-run media threat of ‘civility disobedience‘ to temper their objections to the heinous law. Democrats’ call for “civility”, after all, is nothing but an attempt to censure free speech and any and all criticism of the Obama Administration, and Democrats in general.

But at least one Republican congressman, Louis Gohmert, has dared to speak truth to power by citing the Obama Administration’s use of “wavers” as both a way around their criminality, and as a means for further institutionalizing crony capitalism in Washington.

Gohmert, who brought a copy of the health care law with him to the event, made some jabs, accusing the administration of  “crony capitalism” through the granting of health care waivers.

“If you’re a friend of the administration, you get a waiver, and it will cut your costs dramatically,” Gohmert said. “If you’re not a friend, you don’t get the waiver. You won’t compete with the friends of Obama. You’ll go out of business. Government shouldn’t have that kind of power. … Crony capitalism has got to stop.”

Democrats-Republicans to play patty cake at State of the Union address

Republican Tom Coburn of Oklahoma and Democrat Chuck Schumer of New York say they will sit together during B.O.’s State of the Union address.

Isn’t that sweet…

Schumer says, it’s a symbolic move but one he hopes ‘will help set a more civil tone.’

This coming from one of the most partisan hacks the Democrat party has ever known. Politicians really do think you are stupid.

Tucson Democrat hothead, James Eric Fuller, must not have been paying attention to the two days of media slobbering – from both the left and the right – over Healer-in-Chief Obama’s highly staged and platitudinous JumboTron of a speech.

Not long after the President pronounced the country a collective mental-case in need of his (and Michelle’s) sanctimonious plea for more understanding and civility, Giffords supporter, J. Eric Fuller, 63, disobeyed President Obama’s calls for cordiality, and threatened the life of a Tucson Tea Party leader during the filming of a TV show.

The incident took place near the end of a taping of ABC’s weekly “Town Hall” with news hack and über-Liberal anchor Christiane Amanpour. His outburst came when a tea-party supporter said that he favored delaying talk about gun laws until emotions over the shooting have died down.

Daily Caller writes, “Upset about comments made by Proud and Humphries, shooting survivor J. Eric Fuller stood up from his seat, tore up a photo of Humphries, and announced, “You’re dead.”

Fuller made headlines Friday for blaming Fox’s Glenn Beck, former Republican senatorial candidate Sharron Angle, and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin for the actions of accused gunman Jared Loughner.

“It looks like Palin, Beck, Sharron Angle and the rest got their first target,” Fuller said. “Their wish for Second Amendment activism has been fulfilled.”

As reported by The Blaze, Fuller has also accused Speaker of the House John Boehner of subscribing to “lunatic fringe anarchism.”

UPDATE: Someone at Tucsoncitizen.com did some sleuthing on Mr. Fuller and came up with an eyebrow-raising find. It may be unconfirmed at this time, but certainly deserves a big – Hmm…

A Google search for “James Eric Fuller” turns up a page on the website “Hypnothoughts” for someone named “James Eric Fuller”. If they’re the same men, then the next few days could be very interesting, indeed:

Michelle O thinks parents are moral midgets

More sanctimonious drivel out of the B.O. White House, this time in the form of a snot rag written (supposedly) by Michelle Obama urging parents to teach their kids about tolerance. As if we all aren’t being taught ‘tolerance’ enough. The tolerance police are everywhere, and every day they scold Americans for disagreeing with anything the Left proposes. ‘Tolerance’ and ‘civility’ in the Liberal lexicon always means agreeing with Liberals.

Madame O says that the mass shooting in Tucson, Arizona offers a teachable moment for American parents, that the “lessons” include “the value of tolerance” and giving others “the benefit of the doubt, particularly those with whom they disagree.”

As parents, an event like this hits home especially hard.  It makes our hearts ache for those who lost loved ones.  It makes us want to hug our own families a little tighter.  And it makes us think about what an event like this says about the world we live in – and the world in which our children will grow up.

Let me help you, MO. It tells us that, like the poor, the nutjobs will always be with us, and you don’t punish the other 300 plus million Americans who don’t and never will do such things with more legislation and more political correctness.

We can teach our children that here in America, we embrace each other, and support each other, in times of crisis.  … We can teach them the value of tolerance – the practice of assuming the best, rather than the worst, about those around us. We can teach them to give others the benefit of the doubt, particularly those with whom they disagree.

Oh gag. Make it stop! More pharisaical browbeating from the woman who complained, “We’re taught to keep it all in, suffer, just hold it down.”

 

Phew...Americans stink.

This, too, from a woman who famously admitted that she had never been proud of her country to begin with, not until her husband had been nominated for President, anyway. A woman who said we are a nation “guided by fear”, “a nation of Cynics, Sloths and Complacents.”

And let’s not forget this little ditty, “…Because sometimes it’s easier to hold on to your own stereotypes and misconceptions. It makes you feel justified in your own ignorance… That’s America.”

The truth is, the White House has never had a more bitter First Lady than Michelle Obama, but Americans are enjoined to see her as a paragon of tolerance and civility.

McCain: B.O. passes smell test

In an essay in the Washington Post, Sen. John McCain, buys into Obama’s phony call for a gentler form of politics and civil discourse. Like far too many on the right, McCain felt compelled to praise Obama’s pre-election campaigning as “terrific”.

McCain has also signed on to the insipid idea of mixing up the seating at the State of the Union address as a way to improve relations between the parties and send a message of civility. This whole “civility” nonsense is just another attempt of the political and media elites totalitarian desire to crush dissent. Liberals have no intention of being civil. It’s not, and never has been something they are cable of, or even want – except from the right. Leave it to RINOs like McCain to help Democrats stifle Liberal opposition, just as he did with his awful McCain/Feingold campaign bill, which was overturned, but too late for the McNumbnuts campaign, as it had come back to bite him in his wrinkly butt when he ran for President.

Barack Hussein Obama is the most un-American and un-Presidential President in American history. That anyone of the right denies this can only be willful ignorance. Radical-in-Chief Obama is a socialist, or worse. His disdain for business, middle America, the military, guns, religion, liberty, patriotism, the constitution, and America’s allies is already well documented.

John, wake up. Barack Obama hates your guts and everything you once stood for.

UPDATE, related: Over at the Daily Caller, they write about MSNBC’s Chris Matthews and his latest bout of hypocrisy amnesia.  Within a day after slobbering over Obama and his ‘civility’ speech, Matthews starts right back in with Tea Party Derangement Syndrome, calling Tea Party members, “crackers”. Nice one, honky.

Healer-in-Chief makes nation sick with maudlin prescription for civility

Obama’s team of Teleprompter writers waited 4 days to see if the media’s blood libel on Arizona, guns, the Tea Party, Rush Limbaugh, and Sarah Palin had succeeded. When they realized, to their profound chagrin, that the Democrat’s immense propaganda machine had failed yet again to convince Americans that conservatives are evil, vile troglodytes who must be contained by any Marxist laws possible, they decided to go with a load of über-sappy flapdoodle. Obama’s speech writing team knew that by taking their lowly idea of the high ground, their toadies in the state-run media would duly promote their claptrap as brilliant, image-repairing oratory.

As always, the speech was really about the Healer-in-Chief himself. The evening should have been solely an expression of condolences and support for the aggrieved families. Instead, Obama used his headache-inducing speech to insinuate that all Americans suffer from some civility sickness or another. You see, in Obama’s mind every American is a ticking Jared Loughner. Everyone American is secretly a deranged misfit. Every American has a Jared Loughner inside just waiting to go berserk and start slaughtering people in cold blood. Everyone but Obama, of course.

“…But what we can’t do is use this tragedy as one more occasion to turn on one another. As we discuss these issues, let each of us do so with a good dose of humility. Rather than pointing fingers or assigning blame, let us use this occasion to expand our moral imaginations, to listen to each other more carefully, to sharpen our instincts for empathy, and remind ourselves of all the ways our hopes and dreams are bound together.”

[...] And if, as has been discussed in recent days, their deaths help usher in more civility in our public discourse, let’s remember that it is not because a simple lack of civility caused this tragedy [-- it did not --] but rather because only a more civil and honest public discourse can help us face up to our challenges as a nation, in a way that would make them proud.

Good grief, talk about a spoon full of sugar to help the medicine go down. What a tincture of platitudinous drivel, and hyocrisy. Obama, let’s not forget, is not only the President of the United States, but he is also the titular head of the Democrat Party he belongs to. This is what Obama’s real idea of civility sounds like:

* Obama: “They Bring a Knife…We Bring a Gun”
* Obama to His Followers: “Get in Their Faces!”
* Obama on ACORN Mobs: “I don’t want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! I’m angry!”
* Obama to His Mercenary Army: “Hit Back Twice As Hard”
* Obama on the private sector: “We talk to these folks… so I know whose ass to kick.“
* Obama to voters: Republican victory would mean “hand to hand combat”
* Obama to lib supporters: “It’s time to Fight for it.”
* Obama to Latino supporters: “Punish your enemies.”
* Obama to democrats: “I’m itching for a fight.”

Not one person who sat through Obama’s tiresome speech will change the way he or she does or says anything, and neither should they, because they didn’t kill anyone. Americans are innocent. The only guilty parties involved in the whole dreadful episode were Loughner himself, and the vituperating mainstream media who sought to politicize him.
