This is a follow up to previous stories about card-carrying communist Frank Marshall Davis being Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama’s real father.

This provides more compelling proof that the Fraud-in-Chief is at best a kooky, creepy phony, and a badly bent limb on a twisted family tree, or, at worst, a communist plant. Actually, he’s probably both.

Filmmaker Joel Gilbert, producer of “Dreams from My Real Father: A Story of Reds and Deception,” has obtained photographs of the children of Barack Obama mentor Frank Marshall Davis that bear striking resemblance to the president.

Gilbert’s full-length documentary presents evidence that Davis, the radical poet and journalist who was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA, was the biological and ideological father of the president, not Barack Obama, the Kenyan who came from Africa in 1959 to attend the University of Hawaii in Honolulu.

“I decided to investigate Frank Marshall Davis. His close physical resemblance to Obama was shocking, while Obama little resembled the Kenyan Obama,” Gilbert told WND. “How could this be?”

Gilbert launched into what became two years of research in which he conducted interviews and unearthed rare film footage and photos.

On one of his investigative trips to Hawaii, he went to the library at Farrington High School in Honolulu, where Davis’s children went to school.

“I wanted to find yearbook photos of Davis’s children and compare them to Obama’s high school photos,” Gilbert said.

Davis, who was African American, married Helen Canfield Davis, a white woman, in Chicago on May 11, 1946.

Two of their children, Lynn and Mark, attended Farrington High. Lynn Davis, born Aug. 15, 1949, graduated from the school with the class of 1967.

Mark Davis, born Nov. 9, 1950, graduated with the class of 1968.

As seen in Exhibit 2, Mark Davis, in his yearbook photo in the center, bears resemblance to photos taken during his high school years.

“Could President Obama be a half-sibling to the known children of Frank Marshall Davis?” Gilbert asks.

Roots in Communism

As Gilbert’s film points out, the FBI had Davis under surveillance for 19 years because of his activity as a Communist Party member in Chicago and Hawaii.

Gilbert portrays Obama as a “Red Diaper Baby,” a child of Marxist parents who grows up to be a leftist radical. Gilbert cites as another example Obama senior political adviser David Axelrod, who was born to a mother who wrote for a communist newspaper in New York City.

“Obama sold himself to America as the multi-cultural ideal, a man who stood above politics. His father was a goat herder from Kenya, he would bring people together, so it went,” Gilbert explained. “While voters will overlook some fudging by politicians, promoting a false family background to hide an agenda irreconcilable with American values is a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate.”

What Gilbert presents is a direct challenge to those assumptions, arguing it is more likely President Obama has a deeply disturbing family background and a hidden Marxist agenda.

“If this is true, Obama has intentionally misrepresented himself to the American people and is no longer likeable,” Gilbert maintains. “Unfortunately, Obama’s style is to minimize, misdirect and outright lie about damaging information about his past. I hope the media will now demand that he come clean about his family background, his political foundations and fully reveal his agenda for transforming America.”

In his autobiography, Obama referred to Davis only as “Frank,” a friend of his grandfather who “lived in a dilapidated house in a run-down section of Waikiki.”

Gerald Horne, a contributing editor to Public Affairs, an openly Marxist political review, made the first positive identification of “Frank” as Frank Marshall Davis.

In March 2007, Horne gave a speech at New York University on the occasion of the Communist Party USA archive being placed at a NYU library.

In the speech, Horne discussed Davis, noting that Davis was born in Kansas, lived much of his adult life in Chicago and moved to Honolulu in 1948 at the suggestion of his good friend, actor Paul Robeson. In the 1940s, Robeson was an outspoken critic of segregation and racial discrimination in the United States who was also a strong advocate of the Soviet Union and a member of the Communist Party USA.

Horne also wrote of Davis’s friendship with the Dunham family in Hawaii:

Eventually, [Davis] befriended another family – a Euro-American family – that had migrated to Honolulu from Kansas and a young woman from this family eventually had a child with a young student from Kenya East Africa who goes by the name of Barack Obama, who retracing the steps of Davis eventually decamped to Chicago.

Lorne further documented Davis was “a decisive influence in helping [Obama] to find his present identity as an African-American, a people who have been the least anti-communist and the most left-leaning of any constituency in this nation.”

After Horne’s speech, the identity of “Frank” was never in doubt, nor his importance in the development of the young Barack Obama.

On Dec. 5, 1956, Davis appeared in executive session before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee investigating “the scope of Soviet activity in the United States,” one of the McCarthy-era committees seeking to expose communists considered to be a security threat.

Invoking his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, Davis refused to answer a direct question asking if he was then a communist.

A year earlier, in 1955, a Commission on Subversive Activities organized by the government of the Territory of Hawaii identified Davis as a member of the Communist Party USA. The committee singled out for criticism several articles Davis published in the “Communist Honolulu Record” that were critical of the commission.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Obama investigation finds ‘national security threat’

WND – [...] – Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.

Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate.

“If a nation’s security is only as strong as its weakest link, then America may be in serious trouble,” Arpaio said in a statement. “Hawaii may be our weakest link and could have a serious impact on our nation’s immigration policy.”

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

• The sheriff’s investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.

• An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.

• Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May.

• Hawaii’s deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

• The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

In prepared opening remarks, Arpaio chastised the media for the way it has handled the investigation.

“You have demeaned this investigation at every turn as silly and wasteful,” he said. “Your contempt about the subject and me for pursuing it has been duly noted.”

He urged media members to listen to Zullo’s presentation of the new evidence.

“Keep an open mind if you can,” he said. “Put away all you pre conceived ideas. Keep your eye on the ball.”  (more >>>)

Obama himself was the first “birther”

The excuse that mentioning that Barack Obama was born in Kenya was just an ‘error’ doesn’t stand up when the same biography was used numerous times over the years without that little tidbit having been corrected. More importantly, it is now known that the authors for the literary agency wrote their own biographies.

So, either Obama was born in Kenya, making Barack Hussein Obama himself the first “birther,” or he deliberately set out to lie in order to make himself sound more exotic.

Don’t expect anyone from the state-run media to ask him which it was. If it were Mitt Romney or any Republican, then it would be scandalous.

Now let me say right up front: when it comes to Obama, I’m not going to speculate who wrote what, when. Dystel had assistants, one of whom is now her partner, Miriam Goderich, who says the whole Obama-born-in-Kenya thing was a fact-checking mistake by her. And I cannot speak specifically to the mechanism of Dystel’s publicity. (Alas, Dystel was unable to sell anything I wrote, so she had no reason to promote me, but I’m getting ahead of myself.)

I can speak of what she was like to work with and how she generated material. In my dealings with Dystel, I found her exceptionally thorough and very professional. She had a template she wanted non-fiction writers to follow, and my writing partner and I followed her template closely. She was rather fastidious, going so far as to mail a personal “Season’s Greetings” card in December.

All material she used in our proposals came directly from me and my writing partner. She edited our rough-draft proposals and gave us feedback, but the final versions were all ours. Our final versions, bio included, were then simply photo-copied, by us, and distributed to potential publishers. This was back in the pre-Google days, recall. 

I was asked to write the bio in the third person.

Submission guidelines at the Dystel & Goderich website (original emphasis): “[Y]ou should describe in two or three sentences—no more—what the book will be about. This is followed by another brief paragraph on why it is being written and then another on why you are qualified to write it….Finally, there should be a more formal narrative Bio of the author.”

Breitbart News attempted to contact Goderich and senior partner Jane Dystel several times over several days prior to publishing our original story. They chose not to respond.

The real mystery is not where Obama was born–which has long been settled–but why Goddard failed to ask her agent a single relevant follow-up question about how the ‘fact checking error’ occurred in the first place.

Did you notice how it kept changing yet the “born in Keyna” still remained? Whether or not you agree with Breitbart’s supposition as to what this really means is up to you. But it does undoubtedly bring up questions that deserve answers.

New film: Barack Obama’s real father was communist Frank Marshall Davis

In a new film entitled, “Dreams from My Real Father: A Story of Reds and Deception,” director, Joel Gilbert, puts forth the chin-stroking thesis that the notorious communist Frank Marshall Davis was Obama’s father, not the communist from Kenya, Barack Obama.

The “birthers” were on the right track, but the road did not lead to Kenya, not as his birthplace, anyway. Obama was born in America, just not to the father he claimed.

This explains Obama’s fraudulent birth certificate. Sheriff Arpaio is right. Gilbert’s two years of intensive research also pulls together a number of other loose strings, and goes a long way to explain this flimflamming president and his anti-American, Marxist agenda.

Eventually, truth will win out, and Barack Obama will go down in history as the greatest bunco artist the world has ever known; the complicit Democrat-controlled media the most corrupt business, and America, sadly, a pathetic bunch of willing dupes.

The media will ignore this, as will the cowardly Republicans. But the American people don’t have to.

WND – “Who’s your real Daddy?” is a question that remarkably continues to dog Barack Obama, even as he proceeds into his fourth year as president.

With the release this July of Joel Gilbert’s full-length documentary, “Dreams from My Real Father: A Story of Reds and Deception,” the mystery deepens regarding who Obama really is.

“The film provides the first cohesive understanding of Obama’s deep-rooted life journey in socialism, from his childhood to his presidency,” Gilbert told WND.

Gilbert rejects the official story that the Kenyan-born Barack Obama was the president’s father.

Instead, he argues, Frank Marshall Davis, the radical poet and journalist who was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA, was the real, biological and ideological father of Barack Obama.

“I decided to investigate Frank Marshall Davis. His close physical resemblance to Obama was shocking, while Obama little resembled the Kenyan Obama,” Gilbert said. “How could this be?”

Gilbert launched into what became two years of research during which he conducted interviews and discovered rare film footage and photos.

“I unearthed two film archives of Frank Marshall Davis, one from 1973, the other from 1987, as well as Davis’ photo collection,” he explained. “I then acquired 500 copies of the Honolulu Record, the communist-run newspaper where Davis wrote a weekly political column for eight years.”

Gilbert’s research turned shocking when he obtained seven indecent photos of Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, at Frank Marshall Davis’ house, suggesting an intimate connection between Dunham and Davis.

“I was not happy to include these racy photos in the film but found it necessary to substantiate the intimate relationship between the two,” he said. “Those photos ended up in a men’s mail-order catalog of nude women, likely sold to them by Davis. I placed black bars on parts of the photos to be respectful.”

To establish the foundation for the photos, Gilbert documented that Davis was one of the founders of a photography club in Chicago, known as the “Lens Camera Club,” and that he specialized in nude photographs.

Davis also penned a scurrilous, autobiographical sex novel, titled “Sex Rebel: Black,” in which he detailed an illicit sexual relationship with an underage woman named “Anne.” Gilbert believes the name was a thin disguise for Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham.

The truth, Gilbert argues, is that Barack Obama II was born from the illicit sexual relationship that rebellious teenager Ann Dunham began with Davis after her parents forced her to move to Hawaii.

Washington Times: Forgerygate – Ignoring Arpaio’s evidence of Obama’s forgery is a scandal in itself

This is the scandal of the decade, and yet no one in the mainstream media, nor, sadly, virtually anyone on the right, including the best of the conservative blogs, wants to touch it. (Go here for the story and the damning videos released by Sheriff Arpaio and his Cold Case Possee.)

Shame on them all. WND and the Washington Times are about the only media people with the guts to expose the Obama regime’s fraud.

Why? It’s not because the allegations are false. Anyone who reads Arpaio’s report and watches the videos can’t possibly deny that Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a forgery. It can only be due to fear of ridicule, and fear that to press the matter would somehow hurt the Republicans in the elections. The latter is a false assumption, but clearly one too many conservatives embrace.

This is not about “birtherism”. This is about blatant forgery and cover-up at the highest level, and about the media’s complicity in lying to the American people. If Barack Obama is re-elected, the entire conservative media will be partly to blame. They have the goods yet choose to look the other way. Obama’s obviosly fraudulent birth certificate has been out there for years, and conservatives chose to cower instead of standing up for the TRUTH. If the right is truly serious about “vetting” Obama, this story is a gift from heaven. Writing at the American Thinker on March 2nd, Cindy Simpson had this brow-arching tidbit:

“At the press conference, WND journalist Dr. Jerome Corsi reported that he had arranged on the evening prior, a private conference between the sheriff and conservative media champion Andrew Breitbart, and Corsi wondered whether it might have been Breitbart’s last interview. As we mourn Breitbart’s passing, we hope that his colleagues continue to pursue his inspiring legacy of boldness in uncovering and reporting the truth.  At CPAC, Breitbart had assured attendees:  “This election, we’re going to vet [Obama].”"

If this is so, then we should be asking, “What would Breitbart do?”

Washington Times – Is President Obama’s birth certificate a forgery? Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., believes it is. He recently held a press conference in Phoenix to discuss the findings of a new 10-page report. Mr. Arpaio’s investigators have come to a stunning conclusion: The long-form birth certificate Mr. Obama released last year is a “computer-generated forgery.”

With the exception of The Washington Times, however, no major U.S. media outlet reported this bombshell story. The liberal press corps is desperately trying to suppress any discussion of Forgerygate — potentially one of the biggest scandals in American history. The media class is betraying its fundamental mission to pursue the truth.

“Based on all of the evidence presented and investigated, I cannot in good faith report to you that these documents are authentic,” Sheriff Arpaio said. “My investigators believe that the long-form birth certificate was manufactured electronically and that it did not originate in paper format as claimed by the White House.”

The Washington Times story, written by Stephen Dinan, points out that Mr. Arpaio has called for Congress to investigate the matter. Think about this: A high-profile sheriff orders a team of former law enforcement officials to examine whether the president is truly a natural born citizen and that he has the constitutional and legal right to occupy the White House. Their official report is that Mr. Obama’s documents are shoddy and he likely engaged in deliberate fraud. And yet, most of the American press corps doesn’t believe this is an important news story? The liberal media has become rotten to the core.

Ironically, the foreign press reported widely on the story. For example, Pravda — that’s right, the former official organ of the Soviet Communist Party — did an extensive analysis of Mr. Arpaio’s findings. The article by Dianna Cotter asks the obvious question: What are U.S. journalists afraid of?

The answer is that the issue strikes at the heart of Mr. Obama’s administration: If his presidency is illegal, then all of his accomplishments — the stimulus, Obamacare, the contraceptive mandate, the government takeover of the auto sector and appointments to the Supreme Court — are illegitimate as well. The scandal would trigger a constitutional crisis.

Following Mr. Obama’s surprise news conference last year, when he unveiled the long-form certificate, the media insisted that the controversy was settled once and for all. The “birthers” supposedly had been silenced. Mr. Arpaio’s report, however, changes that. The issue has been resuscitated — except in the eyes of the mainstream media.

A prominent sheriff says he has damning evidence that Mr. Obama probably lied to the public. The international media believes it’s a big deal; many Americans agree. They want to get to the bottom of it. Yet, the liberal hacks at the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC can do nothing more than yawn.

Contrast this with their treatment of President George W. Bush. Throughout the Bush years it was open season: routine comparisons to Adolf Hitler, charges of being a war criminal, calls for impeachment, trumped-up scandals like the Valerie Plame affair, investigations into the partying habits of his teenage daughters, stories about Mr. Bush’s drinking as a younger man, his National Guard service and mediocre college grades — journalists left no stone unturned, no questions unanswered, no topic was beyond the pale.

Not with Mr. Obama. In fact, the opposite is true: Almost everything pertinent is not to be touched. He is the least-vetted president in modern memory. During the 2008 campaign, the liberal media deliberately propped up Mr. Obama. They suppressed vital information about his radical past and deep ties to virulent revolutionary leftists — the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Derrick Bell, Saul Alinsky and Edward Said. For all of their differences, they share one value in common: hatred for traditional America.

To this day, Mr. Obama’s college transcripts, undergraduate thesis and health records remain sealed. We know little about his years in Indonesia as a young boy; his overseas trips to countries like Pakistan in the 1980s; his relationship with his mother and Muslim stepfather; and his time spent as a “community organizer” in Chicago. In short, the president’s past is clouded in mystery. This is not conspiracy-mongering, but objective fact. Americans have a right to know who their commander-in-chief really is. Instead, the media wants to bury any debate or inquiry into Mr. Obama’s background.

Whether you believe Mr. Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a forgery or not, Mr. Arpaio should be applauded. He has done our nation a huge service. He is asking the press corps to look into an issue of the highest importance: Has the president committed a monstrous hoax and fraud upon the American people? In particular, the sheriff’s team has identified a supposed “person of interest” who they believe played a pivotal role in Forgerygate. The media must follow up on the story. If it is false, then Mr. Arpaio will be rightly humiliated and publicly discredited. But if — and I stress if — it is true, then the press will have unearthed a scandal that will shake this country to its very foundations. Either way, it’s time the media did their job and stop acting like Mr. Obama’s poodles.

Asks feds: What steps will be taken to investigate possible forgery?

Following up on his investigative team’s finding of probable cause that Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration form is a forgery, Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio has asked Selective Service Director Lawrence Romo in a letter to produce original documentation.

A copy of Obama’s registration form indicates the registration took place at the Makaki Station Post Office in Honolulu on July 29, 1980. Arpaio wants court-approved, forensic experts selected by his office to examine the original for its authenticity, as well as any microfilm or computer copies that may exist.  (more >>>)

Daily Caller – Lord Monckton: ‘I’m no birther,’ but Obama birth certificate ‘plainly a forgery’

On Dennis Miller’s radio show Thursday Lord Christopher Monckton, a former policy adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and an activist against global warming “alarmism,” went all-in on questioning President Barack Obama’s citizenship.

Monckton, the 3rd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley, hinted about his position on the issue in April 2010 at a tea party rally on the National Mall near the White House. But on Miller’s show, he said the birth certificate issue was far more important that combatting so-called anthropogenic global warming.

“I mean, hey you got a president who has a false birth certificate on the Internet, on the White House website,” Monckton said. “It’s not even clear where he was born. You’ve got a national debt which is rising into the stratosphere. You’ve got unemployment certainly here in California at 11 percent, 50 percent in the construction industry. These are real problems. You’ve got real environmental problems — overfishing, deforestation, pollution, not so much in the west but certainly in other countries. These are real problems which ought to be addressed. You’ve got poverty. You’ve got disease. These are again serious problems in Africa for instance, that we could be helping with. But no, we’re obsessed with making the rich even richer and making the absolute bankers richer still by going for global warming and cap-and-trade and other nonsenses of this kind.”

Miller protested by saying he disagreed with the suggestion that Obama has a fraudulent birth certificate. But Monckton dug in his heels.

“I don’t know whether he is Kenyan or not,” Monckton said. “The point is that if I were you, I would want to make absolutely sure that he was born here before allowing him to be elected. And the birth certificate that he put up on that website, I don’t know where he was born. But I do know that birth certificate isn’t genuine.”

Monckton firmly asserted that the birth certificate on the White House website wasn’t real, and claimed it could be dismantled with software.

“It appears in layers on the screen in such a way you can remove quite separately each of the individual dates,” Monckton said. “You use Adobe Illustrator and each of the individual dates is in its own separate layer. This thing has been fabricated. Sheriff [Joe] Arpaio of Arizona has had a team on this for six months. And he has now gone public and said there’s something very desperately wrong with this and of course nobody is saying anything because the entire electorate has been fooled.”

“I’m no birther, don’t get me wrong,” Monckton said. “I haven’t a clue where Obama was born and I wouldn’t want to entreat into the private grief behind investigating. But the point is, is what he has done on the White House website is he has put up a document which he is plainly a forgery and I would regard that as a very serious matter.”

Washington Times – PHOENIX — Armed with a new 10-page report he commissioned, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday he suspects the birth certificate President Obama released last year is a “computer-generated forgery” — and also raised questions about the authenticity of the president’s selective service registration card.

In an extensive — and at times combative — press conference in Phoenix, Sheriff Arpaio repeatedly said he is not questioning the president’s legal status under the Constitution nor alleging fraud on Mr. Obama’s part, but did say there is evidence crimes have been committed by someone and his investigation continues.

“Based on all of the evidence presented and investigated, I cannot in good faith report to you that these documents are authentic,” Sheriff Arpaio said. “My investigators believe that the long-form birth certificate was manufactured electronically and that it did not originate in paper format as claimed by the White House.”

He said he would like Congress to investigate the matter, but short of that, he has an obligation to look into is because of potential violations of Arizona’s laws.

[...] – The Cold Case Posse advised Arpaio that they believe forgers committed two crimes. First, they say it appears the White House fraudulently created a forgery that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record. Second, the White House fraudulently presented to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.

“A continuing investigation is needed to identify the identity of the person or persons involved in creating the alleged birth certificate forgery and to determine who, if anyone, in the White House or the state of Hawaii may have authorized the forgery,” Arpaio said.

Among the evidence released at the press conference are five videos – which can be seen at the end of this article – to demonstrate why the Obama long-form birth certificate is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery.

The videos consist of step-by-step computer demonstrations using a control document. They display the testing used by the investigators to examine various claims made by supporters of the April 27 document.

The investigators contend the videos illustrate their conclusion that the features and anomalies observed on the Obama long-form birth certificate were inconsistent with features produced when a paper document is scanned, even if the scan is enhanced by Optical Character Recognition, OCR, and optimized.

Additionally, the posse says, the videos demonstrate that the Hawaii Department of Health Registrar’s name stamp and the registrar’s date stamp were computer-generated images imported into an electronic document, as opposed to rubber stamp imprints inked by hand or machine onto a paper document.

“That we were able to cast reasonable suspicions on the authenticity of the registrar stamps was especially disturbing, since these stamp imprints are designed to provide government authentication to the document itself,” Zullo said, emphasizing that if the registrar stamps are forgeries, the document itself is likely a forgery.

The investigators also chronicled a series of allegedly inconsistent and misleading representations that various Hawaii government officials have made over the past five years regarding any original birth records held by the Hawaii Department of Health.

“As I said at the beginning of the investigation, the president can put all this to rest quite easily,” Arpaio said. “All he has to do is demand the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession.”

Arpaio emphasized that the Hawaii Department of Health needs to provide, as part of the full disclosure, evidence regarding the chain of custody of all Obama birth records, including paper, microfilm and electronic records to eliminate the possibility that a forger or forgers may have tampered with the birth records.

The sheriff said the president should also authorize Honolulu’s Kapi’olani Hospital, the birth hospital listed on the Obama long-form birth certificate, to release any  hospital patient records for Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, his mother, and for the newly born Barack Obama, to provide corroboration for the records held in the Hawaii Department of Health vault. Anyone who has bothered to look into the facts regarding Obama’s released ‘birth certificate’ knows that it is absolutely a forgery, and a bad one at that. Sadly, Republicans are too gutless to stand up for the truth. But, Sheriff Arpaio isn’t.

Arpaio’s investigative team has amassed hundreds of pages of documentation and taken testimony from dozens of experts in preparation for a final phase of field investigation.

WND – Maverick Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio says his “Cold Case Posse” investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility will release a preliminary report in February of its findings, which he expects to be “controversial.”

“This is a serious law enforcement investigation, and our findings are going to be controversial but based in facts,” the Maricopa County sheriff told WND. Arpaio said a comprehensive report will be issued shortly after the February preliminary report.

“The investigators on the Cold Case Posse are doing a great job,” Arpaio told WND. “They are all law enforcement professionals, and they are all volunteers putting in a lot of hours at no taxpayer expense.”

Arpaio confirmed that the Obama investigation has broadened beyond an examination of whether or not the birth certificate made public by the White House on April 27 is an authentic document. The probe, he said, is examining Obama’s history in regard to his eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

“We are not taking the Obama investigation lightly,” Arpaio said. “The Cold Case Posse is actively tracking down all leads received, because the people deserve to know the truth.”

On Tuesday, Arpaio posted on his Facebook page a reference to a Globe Magazine report citing inside sources in the White House who say President Obama and the First Lady are in “a panic” over the Maricopa County investigation.

The reaction to Arpaio’s posting indicates public interest in the probe is high, despite relatively little coverage by establishment media.

Since Tuesday, Arpaio’s Facebook posting has received more than 7,900 “like this” clicks from readers, 780 shares and over 1,700 comments.

Arpaio also continues to receive messages of a different sort, with numerous death threats arriving at his office for his decision to investigate Obama’s eligibility.

“I plan to kill Joe Arpaio first,” read one particularly ominous death threat. “He will be filled with a thousand bullet holes before the year is out. I promise you this – Arpaio won’t **** with Obama.”

Within seconds after releasing his birth certificate the so-called “Birther” movement was declared over, and that is time to move on to more important issues. For Barack Obama that meant going on Oprah, followed by more fund raisers.

Over? Hah! No way. If this were baseball, we’re only at the bottom of fourth inning.

Update: WND reports: that the document has since been analyzed by Ivan Zatkovich of Tampa-based eComp Consultants, which consults on intellectual property for telecommunications, web publishing and ecommerce and has provided services for corporations such as McGraw-Hill, Houghton-Mifflin, Citicorp and Amazon.com. Zatkovich has 28 years experience in computer science anddocumentmanagement and for more than 10 years has been an expert witness providing testimony in federal court in both criminal and civil litigation.

He confirmed that the multiple layers of the PDFdocumentare anomalous.

“When a paperdocumentis scanned on a scanner and saved as aPDF fileit normally contains only a single layer of graphical information. The PDF that appears on the White House website however, contains multiple layers of graphic information. Multiple layers usually appear in adocumentlike this when it is being edited or modified in some fashion.

“It is possible to take a single layer PDF and inadvertently create multiple layers, without changing the image in any fashion. But that does not appear to be the case here. The multiple layers in the PDFdocumentare a result of changes made to the image,” his report said.

Among the various items that were separated into different layers include the main text, the mother’s occupation, the dates accepted, the stamp and signature of the state registrar and the time stamp of the state registrar:

Both Liberals and many, if not most, on the Right breathed a sigh of relief when Obama released the birth certificate, hoping that having done so would put the issue to rest. Dream on everyone.

Sure, they tried to preempt a response by saying that, being conspiracy theorists, the birthers won’t, and will never be satisfied, that no conspiracists ever are. But, having released such an obvious forgery, the movement will only gain steam over time. The release raises more questions than it answers.

Like this one: The Obama Administration insisted that the first certificate of live birth was the only thing available. There was nothing else. That was it. Every person in the administration and mainstream media parroted that position, and now, suddenly – voila! – presto-change-o, out of the deep, dark recesses of Obama’s murky, Marxist past comes this new certificate of live birth. Who, what, when, where, and why?

Furthermore, Donald Trump is now demanding to see Obama’s school records. For starters, Obama should release: his Punahou school records, Occidental College and Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, and University of Chicago articles.

While Obama is at it, how about his Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records and schedules, medical records, Obama/Dunham marriage license, Obama/Dunham divorce documents, and Soetoro/Dunham marriage license and adoption records?

But we will never see any of these, though, admit it, if it were a Republican who were acting so shadily while spending millions to keep such things sealed and out of public viewing, all the same voices now condemning the birthers would be barking a very different tune. You know it and I know it.

I know nothing about Illustrator and Photoshop, and am no sleuth in those respects, so I can only report what others are saying. What interests me is the politics and psychology behind all this. What is the Obama camp thinking? Is this part of a greater strategy, or are they truly a bunch of lying morons who simply believe, and rightly so, that the media will cover for them no matter what, and that few if any on the right will care or dare to pursue the matter further?

In future posts I’ll comment more on the story, but for now all I can say for sure is that this thing is far from over. Finally, it is true that there are much greater problems at hand right now in the country, and that it is possible that this scandal serves to benefit the Obama Administration as a distraction. But if the latter is true, that is Republicans’ fault for being so daft.

I disagree that the issue should be shelved, and see no reason why those on the right can’t ‘multi-task’ and hit Obama hard on everything he does or doesn’t do. And if no Republican politician or Presidential hopeful has the guts to truly go after Obama on the economy, his shredding of the Constitution, his political appointees, his radicalism, his horrendous foreign policy, or any other issue, then the Right is just talking out its butt anyway.

Arizona Senate approves ‘birther’ bill

Barack Hussein Obama has spent a great deal of time, money, and effort waging war on Arizona. His administration has sued Arizona, slandered Arizona, and done just about everything he can to humiliate Arizona in the eyes of the nation. Even AZ Senator John McCain can’t match that record for disgrace.

But Arizona might get the last laugh.

I posted about this vote back in January.

Asking what are the chances for the AZ bill being passed? WND said at the time, pretty good:

The proposal was introduced yesterday with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors.

It needs only 16 votes in the Senate to pass.

In the House, there are 25 co-sponsors, with the need for only 31 votes for passage, and Burges told WND that there were several chamber members who confirmed they support the plan and will vote for it, but simply didn’t wish to be listed as co-sponsors.

Hmm…

Maybe it does have a chance, but it’s almost unimaginable than any Democrat would vote for it.

WND wrote back in January that 10 states are developing eligibility-proof demands. This is significant because the ten States would total 107 Electoral College votes. Should these bills be passed, it would create a huge dilemma for Barry Soetoro.

The National Conference of State Legislatures says that the 10 states that already have some sort of eligibility-proof requirement plan are:

Arizona’s HB2544, Connecticut’s SB391, Georgia’s HB37, Indiana’s SB114,Maine’s LD34, Missouri’s HB283, Montana’s HB205, Nebraska’s LB654,Oklahoma’s SB91, SB384 and SB540, and Texas’s HB295 and HB529.

The so-called “birther” issue will not go away for Obama, or those weak-kneed people on the right , of whom there are many, who equally dread it because of fear of Leftist intimidation.

Trump is not backing down. Other State legislatures are debating similar legislation, and in May, investigative journalist, Jerome Corsi will release a new book entitled, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President”. Corsi’s book will surely become a #1 best seller.

Yes, the controversy will continue to get Democrat’s diapers in a wad. And wadded liberal diapers is always a good thing.

AP – The Arizona Senate has approved a revised bill requiring presidential candidates to prove they are U.S. citizens eligible to run for the office.

The bill approved Wednesday gives candidates additional ways to prove they meet the constitutional requirements to be president.

It was prompted by the ongoing claim by some that there is no proof President Barack Obama was born in the United States and is therefore ineligible to be president.

Democrats argued the bill exceeds the state’s authority and say state officials are not fully qualified to determine the validity of a candidate’s documents.

Republicans argue the U.S. Constitution gives state legislatures the right to determine how federal elections are conducted.

Trump stands up to CNN birth certificate scorn

Coming May 17th.

Donald Trump refuses to be intimidated by the state-run media’s desperate attempt to turn him into a kook. He appeared on two more shows in the past day, first The Today Show and then CNN.

In both cases he declined bowing to media intimidation regarding Obama’s mysterious nativity. Mysterious, only because Obama himself seems intent on keeping it that way.

On CNN, the interviewer, Suzanne Malveaux, tried desperately to come to the aid of their savior, Nativity Scene-in-Chief Obama.

To do so Malveaux put forth straw man arguments proving that Obama lived in Hawaii as a kid, presenting taped evidence of people who knew him. But Trump would have none of it. He rightly points out that whether he lived in Hawaii is not the question. The question is and remains – Why won’t Obama show his birth certificate? Why the secrecy? Why all the missing records, documents, and transcripts? Obama is, in fact, and by far and away, the most unscrutinized, undocumented President in modern American history, if not ever.

Earlier on the Today Show Trump said:

He spent $2 million in legal fees trying to get away from this issue, and if he weren’t lying, why wouldn’t he just solve it? I wish he would because if he doesn’t it’s one of the greatest scams in the history of politics and in history, period.

Donald Trump may not be my first, second, or even third choice for President, but it is certainly refreshing to finally see someone stand up to the media, and for America. In the new normal we have grown far too accustomed to politicians and others always having to preface what they say or think with idiotic disclaimers, fearful less the media or some pundit somewhere accuse him or her of this, that, or the other label that Liberals love to apply to anyone who disagrees with them.

Donald Trump has been tramping across the air airwaves calling attention to Obama’s missing birth certificate (here, here, and here. He boasted he would show his own, and did.

Unfortunately for him, it wasn’t an official birth certificate. He caught flack for that, but quickly straightened out the matter and retrieved the authentic thing, something Obama – the most powerful man in the world – seems incapable of doing.

There are many on both the Right and the Left that cringe at Trump’s new-found enthusiasm, though for different reasons. Those on the Left fear the truth. Those on the Right fear the Left’s mockery for standing up for the truth.

The Blaze quotes Trump staffers:

That’s a lot different than a hospital certificate of live birth, and Trump’s camp acknowledged as much in a memo to ABC:

“A ‘birth certificate’ and a ‘certificate of live birth’ are in no way the same thing, even though in some cases they use some of the same words,” wrote Trump staffer Thuy Colayco in a message to ABC News.

“One officially confirms and records a newborn child’s identity and details of his or her birth, while the other only confirms that someone reported the birth of a child. Also, a ‘certificate of live birth’ is very easy to get because the standards are much lower, while a ‘birth certificate’ is only gotten through a long and detailed process wherein identity must be proved beyond any doubt.

If you had only a certificate of live birth, you would not be able to get a proper passport from the Post Office or a driver’s license from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Therefore, there is very significant difference between a ‘certificate of live birth’ and a ‘birth certificate’ and one should never be confused with the other.”

The other day on The Yentas, er, ‘The View’, Donald Trump sent the yentas into an ear-piercing tizzy when he defended the so-called “Birthers”, and said that he, too, wants to see Obama’s birth certificate. Then, a couple days later in an interview with Geraldo Rivera he doubled down on his call for Test Tube Baby-in-Chief Obama to cough up the elusive document.

Trump is not backing down, and he seems to have been doing a little homework, too. Today on the program “Fox and Friends” Trump said that the more he looks into the matter, the more certain he becomes that something stinks. No doubt he’ll be reading this when it comes out, and then he’ll really be playing the Trump card.

Donald Trump is getting a lot of mileage from his questioning of Obama’s shadowy past. Being the first prominent figure to come out and unabashedly call for Obama to present his birth certificate has made him a lightning rod for the Left and the Right.

Trump also said his conservative friends told him to drop the issue but that he believes it is too important.

At a lunch on Capitol Hill on St. Patrick’s Day, Obama told an audience that included plenty of Republicans that “some are still bent on peddling rumors about my origins.” But he wasn’t talking about what you’d think he was alluding to:

“Now, speaking of ancestry, there has been some controversy about my own background. Two years into my presidency, some are still bent on peddling rumors about my origins. So today, I want to put all those rumors to rest. It is true my great-great-great-grandfather really was from Ireland. It’s true. Moneygall, to be precise. I can’t believe I have to keep pointing this out.”

Obama cracked his laugh line just a week after rattling off another birther joke he used to address the persistent claim among some conservatives that he wasn’t born in Hawaii, but rather in Kenya.

At a Boston fundraiser on March 8, Obama told supporters: “There’s no weakness in us trying to reach out and seeing if we can find common ground. Now, there are going to be times where we can’t. I was born in Hawaii, what can I say? I mean, I just — I can’t — I can’t change those facts.”

And, at the Gridiron Club dinner this past weekend, Obama took the stage and ordered the band to switch from playing Hail to the Chief to Born in the USA, by Bruce Springsteen.

The rate at which Obama is riffing on the birthers has sped up since he took office. But he’s treated the myth lightly before, like at the National Prayer Breakfast in February 2010, when he said his critics can question his policies without questioning his faith — “or, for that matter, my citizenship.”

And at last year’s White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, Obama said love is one of the best things in life — “well, love and a birth certificate.” He added, “I happen to know that my approval ratings are still very high in the country of my birth.”

Unlike most every other Republican in congress, Minnesota congresswoman Michele Bachmann is not intimidated by anyone.

It’s a curious and sad fact in today’s political scene that it is only Republican women like Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin who have the cajones to stand up to all the media bullies and nitwits.

Politico, which is little more than a bunch of elitist gossip-mongers posing as erudite pundits, hates and fears Bachmann and Sarah Palin. They (and the rest of the state-run media) run a non-stop campaign trying to discredit them. Below they say that questioning Obama’s birth certificate is ”rooted in discredited rumors”. This is the biggest discredited rumor of them all, and they know it.

Not only is Obama’s birth certificate being hidden, but so are ALL his school records, medical records, papers, or anything else that every other American must show if he or she is to work in a job requiring even a minimal level of security clearance. The real joke is on us.

The Minnesota congresswoman and presidential hopeful says she’d quickly establish her constitutional qualifications if she launches a White House bid.

“I’ll tell you one thing, if I was ever to run for president of the United States, I think the first thing I would do in the first debate is offer my birth certificate, so we can get that off the table,” Bachmann told conservative radio host Jeff Katz last week. She was responding to Katz’s contention that when he signs his sons up for sports, he has to “provide more documentation for them to go and play tee ball in little league than the president ever had to provide.”

Bachmann has previously sidestepped opportunities to shoot down the so-called birther movement, rooted in discredited rumors that Obama is not a natural-born citizen.

107 Electoral College votes in jeopardy for B.O. as 10 states formulate eligibility bills

I wrote yesterday about Arizona’s upcoming attempt to pass a 2012 eligibility law that would force Obama to produce his long-form birth certificate if he is to make it on the Arizona ballot.

WND writes today that 10 states are now developing eligibility-proof demands. This is significant because the ten States would total 107 Electoral College votes. Should these bills be passed, it would create a huge dilemma for Barry Soetoro.

The National Conference of State Legislatures says that 10 states already have some sort of eligibility-proof requirement plan.

There is Arizona’s HB2544, Connecticut’s SB391, Georgia’s HB37, Indiana’s SB114, Maine’s LD34, Missouri’s HB283, Montana’s HB205, Nebraska’s LB654, Oklahoma’s SB91, SB384 and SB540, and Texas’s HB295 and HB529.

As juicy and delicious as this sounds, one wonders how successful these attempts will prove. WND writes that “other plans were considered last year in Texas, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Missouri, Minnesota, Maine and Arizona, and Arizona’s probably got the closest to law, falling a “pocket veto” short in the state Senate, despite widespread support.”

However, WND goes on to say, Arizona’s new bill could change the game. Even though the eligibility bill has just been introduced, it is approaching “critical mass”.

…The proposal from state Rep. Judy Burges was brought forth with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors. It needs only 16 votes in the Senate to pass.

In the House, there are 25 co-sponsors, with the need for only 31 votes for passage, and Burges told WND that there were several chamber members who confirmed they support the plan and will vote for it, but simply didn’t wish to be listed as co-sponsors.

It is fun to speculate what the passing of one or more of these bills would mean, but until one actually does go into law, speculation is all we are left to.

As I wrote yesterday, in May, investigative journalist, Jerome Corsi, will release a new book entitled, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President“.

It will surely become a best seller and generate more interest in these bills, as well as controversy. Squeamish Republicans will no doubt leave roadrunner tracks away from the controversy, or turn into blubbering toads on Liberal talk shows, as Democrats become ever more apoplectic. Stalk up on your popcorn for the show before inflation increases the price of your fun.

Heh. Payback. Go for it Arizona.

Barack Hussein Obama has spent a great deal of time, money, and effort waging war on Arizona. His administration has sued Arizona, slandered Arizona, and done just about everything he can to humiliate Arizona in the eyes of the nation. Even AZ Senator John McCain can’t match that record for disgrace.

But Arizona might get the last laugh.

It would take only a couple of decent sized States passing similar legislation to force Obama to cough up his birth certificate if he hopes to get re-elected.

And what are the chances for the AZ bill being passed? WND says pretty good:

The so-called “Birther conspiracy” is not going to go away any time soon for Barry Soetoro. In May, investigative journalist, Jerome Corsi will release a new book entitled, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President“.

It will surely become a best seller, and the controversy will get Democrat’s panties in a wad.

Good. Wadded liberal panties is always a good thing.

A lot of Republicans will be made uncomfortable by Corsi’s facts, too, as they will be forced over and over by the media to denounce Corsi and anyone who questions Obama’s authenticity.

Of course, all of this could go away if Obama released his long-form birth certificate. And that’s the whole point, isn’t it? He won’t.

And let us not forget that congress held a special commission investigating John McCain’s eligibility because he was born on an army base in Panama. The NY Times and Washington Post and many others made a stink about whether he was qualified.

But for Obama eligibility, it was chirping crickets.

Something tells me that this year will hear the sound of millions of howling hyenas.

Gimme some of that "common ground"!

Senator John McCain handed President Obama another fist-full of roses on Sunday. This weekend on CBS’ ‘Face the Nation’, McPander praised Obama as a “very intelligent man” and someone who is “doing a lot of right things”.

He also said that there is “common ground” between Obama and Republicans in the realm of spending.

Of course, there is precious little proof for such statements. We don’t know how intelligent President Barry Soetoro is, because he sealed ALL of his school records. Whenever Barry speaks off Teleprompter he can’t string two sentences together without an “um”, “ah”, or “I…”.

Every policy decision he has made so far has proved disastrous for the economy, the constitution, and American foreign policy.

As for spending, Obama and his Democrat congress spent more money in four years than all previous congresses combined.

But John McBane-of-our-existance has never been one to allow the facts to get in the way of his pandering to the Left.

As for doing ‘a lot of right things’, that would be true only if one believes that doing Lefty things, is the right thing.

McBrainless also praised congress’s version of eHarmony’s match-making service. He said of the SOTUS dating service, ”This whole thing is a good idea…the fact is it’s a good thing to do. Why not?”

McStud went on to add that he finally got a date with New Mexico’s Democrat, Tom Udall, for Tuesday night’s ball. He is clearly looking forward to pinning a carnation on the Democrat’s liberal lapel, though he’d much rather place a kiss on the President’s ass.
