If this treaty is ratified by the Senate it assumes parody with 2nd Amendment, as if it’s a new amendment. The treaty can’t be overwritten by congress. And even if it isn’t ratified and Obama signs it we aren’t allowed to do anything to counter this treaty.
This is a very big deal.
