The state-run media is up to their old trick of plastering major publications with unflattering, usually photoshopped pictures, of Republicans looking demented, even ghoulish.
The latest example is the new cover of Newsweek, and the victim, Michelle Bachmann.
Michelle Bachmann is a very attractive woman, and for a cover of a magazine, there are no doubt hundreds of photos to choose from, out of which surely at least one could have portrayed the congresswoman as she truly is. But, truly comes from the word truth, and neither ever applicable to rags like Time or Newsweek.

Blogs on both sides enjoy posting goofy pictures of their opponents. That’s both fun and goes with the territory.
But, when a major publication that prides itself on professionalism and journalistic integrity, pulls this stuff, and does so regularly, it is proof that the media source has neither professionalism nor integrity.
